Questify Your Life: Gamified Group Coaching

Welcome, Adventurer!

Before you embark on this epic journey of growth, progress, and adventure, we ask that you review and agree to the following terms of engagement. This agreement ensures that all members of our guild have a fair, fun, and enriching experience. By enrolling in Questify Your Life: Gamified Group Coaching, you acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. The Code of the Guild (Community Expectations)

As an adventurer in this program, you agree to uphold the following principles:

Respect the Party – Treat fellow adventurers with kindness, encouragement, and respect. No bullying, harassment, or discrimination will be tolerated.
Commit to the Quest – Show up for scheduled sessions and engage with your party and the guild to the best of your ability. Participation is key to leveling up!
Honor Boundaries – Respect others’ time, energy, and privacy. Coaching discussions are confidential within your party.
Embrace the Game – Approach challenges with a spirit of curiosity, adventure, and adaptability. Gamification works best when you engage with the system!

2. The Quest Structure (Program Details)

This 13-week coaching experience includes:

Cohort Training Sessions: 2-hour Zoom sessions with interactive learning and discussions. The quest begins on April 14, 2025, at 6-8 pm Central Time. The training section of the live Cohort Training Sessions will be recorded and published if you are unable to make the session or would like to review the information.
Adventure Parties: You will be placed in an “Adventure Party,” which is a version of small group coaching (4-7 members), set up similar to a Dungeons and Dragons party, for deeper accountability, guidance, and support.
Implementation Weeks: This program is set up with “A Weeks” and “B Weeks.” A Week teaches and guides you on your quest, B Weeks allow for implementation and provide time to work on your quests, apply insights, and rest before the next level.
Guild Resources & Community: You will receive access to Google Drive materials and our exclusive Cohort #1 section of the Questify Your Life Guild Discord community. (You can join the Guild for free here)
Leaderboard & Rewards: Track progress and earn badges, power-ups, and recognition for your achievements.

3. Gold Coins & Treasures (Payment & Refunds)

Enrollment Fee: First Cohort Pricing – $499 (Final Pricing Estimate: $1299).
Side Quest: If the price is a barrier, don’t hesitate to reach out. We are looking for a few individuals with skills in video editing, content moderation, web design, digital design, or other skills to help on a Side Quest in exchange for a discount or even a fully comped spot in the program. Payment Policy: Payment is required in full before the adventure begins.
Refunds: Due to the nature of this interactive program, refunds are not available once the journey has begun. If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may contact Sierra Grandy, Game Master (Program Leader) at sierra@questifyyourlife.com to discuss options, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please communicate your needs so we can see if we can find an alternative way to accommodate you.

4. Trials & Challenges (Accountability & Participation)

You are the Hero of Your Journey: This program provides tools, guidance, and community, but your progress depends on your engagement and effort.
Teamwork: If you become inactive for multiple sessions without communication, Sierra may reach out to you to see if you need an accommodation and to help you identify the obstacle in your way.
Time Commitment: Sessions and group activities are designed with flexibility, but your commitment to engaging with the material is essential for success.

5. The Code of Honor (Ethics & Confidentiality)

Confidentiality: What is shared within your party stays within your party. Respect each other’s privacy and trust.
Coaching Scope: This is a personal development program, not a substitute for therapy, legal, or medical advice. The Game Master is here to guide, not diagnose or treat.
Fair Play: Plagiarism, dishonesty, or any attempt to manipulate the system for unfair advantage will result in removal from the program.

6. Addressing Obstacles and Traps (Accommodations & Accessibility)

The Questify Your Life system is designed with neurodivergent-friendly principles, but if you need accommodations to fully participate, please reach out to sierra@questifyyourlife.com to discuss options. We want all adventurers to have the support they need to succeed.

7. Flexibility & Life’s Quests

This program is designed with flexibility in mind. We understand that adventurers have jobs, families, and other life quests that require attention. You are encouraged to engage in a way that supports your well-being while progressing on your goals.
Likewise, the Game Master (Sierra) may occasionally need to reschedule sessions due to her own quests. If this happens, advanced notice will be provided whenever possible, and alternative arrangements will be made.

8. The Final Quest (Completion & Next Steps)

At the end of the 13 weeks, adventurers will celebrate their journey and reflect on their progress.
You will receive a completion badge and the opportunity to continue your adventure with advanced quests or alumni events.
The greatest treasure is the growth and strategies you gain to apply to your life beyond the program!

9. The Oath of the Adventurer

By enrolling in Questify Your Life: Gamified Group Coaching, you agree to honor the adventure, respect your fellow adventurers, and take an active role in your own quest for growth.
