I am Sierra Grandy, and I am an adventurer at heart whose main quest is as a professional speaker on neurodiversity, disability, and mental health recovery, where I help workplaces and communities build more inclusive, effective, and accessible teams.
Additionally, I founded Questify Your Life®, a storytelling studio and creative guild that transforms personal and professional growth into fantastical adventures.
Beyond my work, I am a dedicated advocate and advisor. I am a licensed attorney in Minnesota. I also serve in leadership roles with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), the Minnesota State Advisory Council on Mental Health, the Minnesota Disability Bar Association, and the Neurodiversity Coalition of America.
I like to this of myself as an Adventure Strategist and currently I have two quests that I think you might be especially interested in: the Adventure Party (my gamified group coaching beta test offer) & Professional Game Master for Corporate team-building and private events inspired by Dungeons & Dragons and other TTRPGs.
